Reservations & Information

Our season runs from Tax Day to Halloween (15 April - 31 October,) seven days and evenings a week, weather permitting. Reservations may be made either online or during office hours between 9 AM and 4 PM Monday-Friday. Gondola trips are scheduled to depart Sunday through Thursday from 10 AM until 10:15 PM, and are approximately 40 minutes long. Friday and non-WaterFire Saturday trips may be scheduled from 10 AM through 11:30 PM, and are also 40 minutes in duration. On WaterFire evenings, departure times may be reserved from 4 PM until 12:10 AM, and are approximately 30 minutes. Reservations are strongly recommended and are made either through our office at 401-421-8877 or online. La Gondola accepts MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover credit cards.

Your reservation retains the gondola for your party exclusively. Base prices listed are for two passengers. All packages may have up to four additional passengers, who may be added in advance or on the night of your reservation prior to departure for $15 per person. Base prices do not include 7% sales tax or gratuity for your gondolier (and musician, if applicable.)

Cancellation Policy: All online reservations are non-refundable unless La Gondola cancels due to either strong wind or rain at the time of your departure. Cancellations made within seven days of a reservation's date may be subject to a cancellation fee if La Gondola cannot fill the time slot with another reserving party. WaterFire reservations are non-refundable unless the WaterFire itself is canceled. To change WaterFire dates, an additional processing fee of $15 will be assessed. Special Use:Please call for special pricing for photo shoots using your photographer for weddings, engagements, or other special occasions. We can also create customized trips for group tours, corporate parties, receptions, or similar events.

What to Bring…Dress warmly on cool evenings (La Gondola provides blankets). We welcome you to bring your favorite bottle of wine or other beverage to enjoy during your excursion. Bring a camera to capture your La Gondola experience.
