La Gondola Group Tours
With our four gondolas, we are able to accommodate large parties efficiently. We offer large-party discounts, and are able to work with local vendors and restaurants to create a total Italian experience for your guests. Trips can also be customized to include historical tours, live Italian music, and more.
We can work within the schedule of any group itinerary, being able to accommodate large groups seven days a week in the morning, afternoon, or evening (subject to the constrictions of weather and availability). Groups must have a minimum of 24 passengers in order to book these tours.

Large Group Packages
Viaggio Dilettevole
(Delightful Journey)
Our most economical package, the Viaggio Dilettevole allows guests to experience an enticing taste of the gondola experience without the issue of exceedingly long waits for large groups. This package consists of 20 minute trips along the Riverwalk in Providence, offering up to 24 passengers at one time the opportunity to enjoy the sites and sounds of the city on our four authentic Venetian gondolas (six passengers per boat.) The trip is always made complete by a little singing from your gondolier.
Provided on this trip for each guest are handmade authentic Italian-style wine biscuits.
This trip package is recommended for our largest parties, particularly if time is short for them, as it allows us to accommodate 72 passengers in approximately one hour and 144 passengers in approximately two and a half hours.
Rates
Per gondola: $120, or
Per person: $20
Prices include all taxes, as well as gratuity for your gondoliers. Credit card payments will be subject to a small processing fee.
Suggested Additions
These additions are especially helpful if our gondola experience is the only event planned for a very large group (over 54 guests.)

Viaggio Fantastico
(Incredible Journey)
For parties specifically looking to enjoy a more complete or specifically information-driven experience, we offer the Viaggio Fantastico which consists of an approximately 40-minute trip along Providence's beautifully designed Riverwalk.
Founded over 375 years ago, Providence has a rich heritage that is communicated, by request of the guests, to your group by our most experienced gondoliers, who are well-versed in the great history of the city. Of course, some singing is also provided by your gondolier to complete the trip.
Provided on this trip for each guest are handmade authentic Italian-style wine biscuits.

The Providence SuperTour
This tour was designed to give you the most authentically Italian experience possible in a very Italian city!
Your party is split into three groups and rotated between a 35-minute gondola trip, Italian-themed walking tour of the city, and behind-the-scenes tour of Federal Hill, our Italian quarter, which can include anything from pasta-making demonstrations to the process of baking Italian pastries and biscotti to the varied uses of olive oil and balsamic vinegar in the Italian cuisine. The tour finishes off with lunch or dinner at one of the fixtures on the Hill.
